What’s up Big Foot?

Has anyone else noticed the use of oversized footers in design lately.  I think its awesome.  What do you do with all that real estate?  Here are a few things others have done.

Why make people dig through your navigation to find a “contact us form”.  Put a small version in the footer.  Its quick and easy and makes good use of space.
